It is widely accepted that the largest contributing factor in global warming is human activity, specifically lifestyles choices. Our rental properties are geared towards environmentally friendly individuals that wish to minimize their global footprint by living consciously. Our goal is to assist you in making small choices and changes that will decrease carbon emissions.

How Do We Do It?

We start with the basics; including, installing low wattage fluorescent lighting throughout all units, replacing manual switches with timers and by utilizing programmable thermostats to regulate temperature.

We endorse recycling and will gladly replace damaged recycling bins. We encourage energy conversation and will provide replacement of efficient light bulbs at no cost. In addition, we offer the opportunity to self-monitor monthly emission of green gases. Our goal is to help both the environment, and offer the most reasonable cost of living to our valued tenants.
